TRIP OF A LIFETIME - Palma de Mallorca to Victoria BC via Cap Horn (Sep ’23 – May ’24)
Looking for 1) an experienced and physically fit sailor, and 2) a multi-talented steward(es)/cook with sailing experience. Fluent in English a must.
You for will join me (68 yrs. with lifetime sailing experience) and Simon (37 yrs. with a Yachtmaster) sailing JOYVELA (Hallberg Rassy 48 MkII – 2020) the entire 18’000 nm. My daughters and friends will join us on certain legs. I plan for that trip to take 8 months, leaving Palma for Cap Verde, crossing the south Atlantic to Brazil and then cruising down the cost to Uruguay, stopping in various ports in Argentina, spending Christmas in Stanley (Falklands), January in Patagonia, 2-3 weeks in Galapagos, stops in Costa Rica, West coast of Mexico, Cabo San Luca, San Diego, San Francisco, etc.
I will pay for all expenditures on-board, and meals when jointly ashore. I will also pay for your return flight from Victoria to your home port.
