Trans Atlantic - West to East via the Azores

Having crossed the Atlantic from east to west at the end of 2022, I would like to complete a circumnavigation with an west to east crossing in May 2023. The boat is a Hallberg Rassy 46 and I would like to recruit at most 4 crew. I would prefer anybody who was interested to have some demonstrable experience in terms of trimming, steering and general sailing skills. An alternative is good catering skills where somebody could take responsibility for provisioning and crew food. Navigation will be completed with Predict Wind Offshore using a satellite connection. The boat has some electric cooking to complement the normal gas. I am looking to watch the weather and sail directly to the Azores and then on to Europe. Happy to stop on route with the ultimate destination being Falmouth. I would expect to spend a few days in the Azores to catch breath and take a few days break. Hopefully a contribution to costs of approx US$ 50 per day per person assuming a 22 day crossing.
