ASAP! Cruise from Muros to La Coruña

I’m looking for a pair of hands to sail my boat from Muros around Cape Finesterre up to La Coruña with approximately 3 overnight stops.
Experience is preferred. I’d rather have sea miles than RYA tickets.
Guys,girls, couples, pals I don’t mind. No smoking on my boat, drinking in port but not at sea.
It will probably be a beat upwind against 2 or 3 meter seas so if you get seasick it’s probably a no no.
The boat is a big heavy cruiser with up to date safety equipment.
