Description
We are recruiting a First Mate to work across our fleet of sailing vessels working directly with disadvantaged young people from across the UK providing them with life changing experiences.
The First Mate is expected to assist the Skipper in the delivery of voyages and help ensure the smooth operation of the vessel.
The First Mate will take an active role in helping to ensure that the fleet is maintained to the highest standards including working on the annual refit programme and routine maintenance and checks throughout the season.
3 weeks on – 1 week off rota
