Crew/helper wanted - Chile

Hi Sailors!!! Crew/skipper. I have a Sailboat - an Aloa 45 (ft), ketch (2 masts), and center cockpit.

Currently, I am working on a project for charters and Airbnb on this sailboat. I need motivated people to work on board, helping to sail and assist the customers. You will be in a sea environment (with motion and not much water) helping with the sails, steering, cooking, repairing, cleaning, and all tasks related to Airbnb and charters. You should be willing to share and engage with the guests.
The boat is currently in Viña Del Mar, Chile.
December, January, February and may be a part of March (9 hours away from Viña city) and work from there.

Basically, you have to be flexible, and you can sleep on board all the time. If it’s full inside, you may sleep on deck. If we work with the guests, I can provide you food and a payment per day (there are no specific hours) otherwise just lodging on board, just taking care of the boat.
