Flotilla Crew required - Greece & Croatia

We are looking to recruit Skippers & 1st Mates to lead our Mediterranean flotillas in Greece and Croatia. Depending upon location, positions are from April to September / October 2025.
As Flotilla crew, you will be responsible for running a flotilla of up to a maximum of 12 yachts. Assisted by your lead crew, you will lead initial and daily client briefings, covering all aspects of their holidays, including technical yacht briefings, safety matters, navigation, and cruise itineraries.
Our Flotilla Skippers are our local managers, ensuring all aspects of clients holidays are delivered to the highest standard. This is much more than just a sailing job; we’re looking for people with personality, management skills, and the ability to use their initiative to get things done and resolve local issues.
Skippers need RYA Yachtmaster or international equivalent qualifications.
