Work for us as a Cruising Instructor!

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Cruising Instructors to be part of our summer 2026 Sailing School in Agana Croatia.

In this role, you'll assist our Yacht Master Instructors with various courses, including Start Yachting, Competent Crew, Day Skipper, and ICC. Ideal candidates will have experience leading lessons and small teams, with a proactive approach to solving issues.

We are looking for someone with Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective instructing. You must hold a Commercially Endorsed RYA Cruising Instructor certificate.

The position offers a competitive salary package, which includes accommodation, travel to and from the base, and provisions while on charter. When you're not instructing, you may also have the opportunity to participate in bareboat charters.
