We are a premier operator of sailing holidays in Croatia, Greece, Italy and Turkey. We strive to deliver the highest possible standard and to support this drive we are recruiting professional team leaders.
As a Lead Skipper you will manage a team of up to 15 professional skippers and crew and be responsible for route decisions, staff performance and yacht management.
Minimum requirement is Yachtmaster Offshore (or equivalent), 3+ years in the charter industry and leadership experience.
