As the longest established RYA Sea School in the Ionian, Sail Ionian have a fantastic reputation and a team of highly qualified and experienced instructors. With the whole team based on Lefkas island and having our focus on the Ionian islands in Greece, we have developed our range of holidays to ensure that we really do have something for everyone, no matter your age, experience or ability.

We offer a full range of RYA Training Courses in Greece, using specially selected yachts coded for RYA training. We run RYA Competent Crew & RYA Day Skipper practical courses from April until October every week of the season. We are also able to offer RYA Coastal Skipper courses and Yachtmaster courses too.

Sail Ionian only takes a maximum of 4 trainees on board on our group courses. We feel a smaller group size gives us more time for individual attention and tuition. Thereby, offering the best learning experience and ability to be able to practice and demonstrate skills. The Ionian is the perfect area for both sailing and power handling and aim to provide a unique, valuable and fun learning experience!

We also specialise in Bareboat & Skippered charters as well as Assisted Sailing schemes & an Informal Flotilla – perfect for couples and families alike.
