Problems logging in

We know it’s very annoying when you can’t Log In. This guide should help you overcome any technical problems that are preventing you getting in.

Passwords

What to try first

Double check the login details you are entering. Be careful when typing your email address and password as sometimes it's easy to mistype them especially on tablets and phones.

Email Issues

Make sure that you are using the same email that you used to register with us.  Many of our members have several email addresses and it can be easy to forget which one you have used to register with us.  If you can't remember which one you have used see below regarding passwords resets - wherever the password reset is sent will be the email address that you have registered with Crewseekers.  You can also search your inbox for emails from Crewseekers which will confirm the correct address.

Password Reset

If you can't remember your password, enter your email in the password reset form and we'll send you a link to create a new password.  If the email address you enter into the form is not registered with us it will say so.

If you don't receive the reset password link, please check your spam/junk folder.

If you can't access the email address that we are sending the reset link to, contact us so we can change the email address on the account for you.

Other things that can affect login

Check that any Password Managers that you are using are not automatically entering incorrect or outdated email addresses or passwords - either disable these or try using a Private or Incognito browser window - this will subvert any Password Management apps that might cause a problem.

You should also try closing your browser before entering your new password and clearing your browser's cache, cookies and history - see instructions below for each browser type.
