Must have STCW 95 Basic Training and be used to catering to a high standard.
Would suit someone who has worked in an upmarket hotel and is looking for a new challenge.
Needed to start ASAP. Initial contract till end of Sept, however also the possibility for winter work in other related properties assuming we work well together.
Also interested in chefs available for relief / short term contracts with same requirements.
