Description

We are looking for a cook to join our sea adventures on the West coast of Scotland from April to October 2021. Our small ship cruises vary from five to eleven nights and explore the Inner and Outer Hebrides (including St Kilda). There are 48 hours between cruises. Please note cleaning the vessel or preparing the cabins is NOT required between cruises.

Responsibilities on St Hilda will include:
- preparing breakfast, lunch, dinner, afternoon tea for up to 8 people (6 guests, 2 crew). Looking for delicious and varied family meals
- keeping the galley clean
- provisioning between cruises (48 hours)
- keeping the boat clean and tidy during cruises (not making beds)
- basic deck work such as helping the skipper with anchoring and mooring

A few key points:
- you would have to share a cabin with the skipper (my partner) (there is a bunk with a curtain)
- must have medical certificate and food safety and hygiene level 2
- must have visa to work in the UK
