Skipper & Host - Summer 2023 - Recruiting Now

We operate premier sailing holidays in Croatia, Greece, Montenegro,Italy and Turkey catering to guests of a varied demographic.

We have a passion for delivering the highest standard of sailing holidays possible, striving to provide excellent service and once in a lifetime holiday experiences to our guests. To meet our goal, we are recruiting professional Skippers and Hosts who share our enthusiasm and drive.

Each team will be running their own catamaran throughout the season. Operating 7 day cabin charters, for up to 8 guests.

We accept team and individual applications, offering variable contract lengths based on our seasonal requirements and availabilities.

The minimum requirement for skippers: Yachtmaster Offshore
The minimum requirement for hosts: Chefing experience/Completion of professional cookery course
