Crossing the Pacific from Panama

I plan to leave Panama mid January 2020 via Galapagos, heading east. Travel itinerary negotiable. Eventually reaching Australia. (Onward cruising around the world in planning).
Young people of spirit, sensible and simple, pleasant and friendly, with energy to keep the sailboat in good conditions, clean, cook and share the tasks of the crossing.
You (20-35) have to be reliable, sincere and light-hearted. Sailing skills can be learned on the trip. If you can cook it helps.

Provision is provided. Extras to be paid by yourself.
Health insurance, visa fees and trip back and forth is your financial responsibility.
