2nd Mate for Ibiza season

2nd mate Ibiza March-October 2019

For 2019, I am looking for a 2nd Mate that will work individually on a true classic Herreshoff NYYC 40 schooner from 1915.
Movie legend Warren Beatty used to own Vixen.Activities are around 25 hrs of maintenance work p/week and besides, keeping boat in safe waters when wind conditions are bad + crewing on charter days together as a host.
It's not a well paid job but you can live on the boat so you have little expenses. You get a small basic salary and money p/charter day. If crew brings charters they get 30% of dayprice
Experience is a pre but not obligated good motivation and warm-heartedness is .
Boat will be on anchor so person must be able to handle sea movements.
We will be attending 1 or 2 regattas and finish 1/2 October in Barcelona.
Start around 1/2 March. Captain and 2nd mate can use boat as they like around Ibiza as we send the charter groups to where the boat is. You will both have your own cabin with shower and toilet.
