Pacific Crossing

One of my Crew members just flaked so I'm again looking for 1-2 people. The boat is currently on the Caribbean side of Panama - I will be flying back and taking it through the canal and provisioning the boat on the Pacific side and then crossing the Pacific. The final destination will be Maui Hawaii with a possible stop/lay over in the Marquesas. Sailing experience not required but must be willing to learn and pitch in your fair share. Must be easy to get along with, semi clean and organized as this will be a long crossing and everyone needs to do their best to help out.
It would be good if we all met on the Caribbean side of Panama and went through the canal together to get a feeling for one another before setting off.
About myself: I'm 35 year old male and this will be my 4 Pacific crossing not to mention many other off shore adventures, I have a good mind for mechanical repairs and have owned multiple boats over the last 15 years.
