Description
Starting in Rio Dulce Guatemala from mid to late October I cast off to sail the Caribbean for the winter. As the captain of Aria, my 36' Islander Freeport (plan B), I provide an easy going environment structured on safety, common sense, and a positive attitude. My cruising style is one of meandering. I don't rush from place to place, but I don't linger and become stagnant. Always keenly aware of the elements and beauty around me. Becoming lost in the rhythm of the seas and sky. Expanding awareness through meditation, study and the practice of selflessness comprise my higher purpose.
In a sailing companion I require a good nature, strong work/sharing ethic, and a positive attitude. Flexible time frames within the 6 months, or all of it may be possible.
