Cruising the Eastern Mediterranean

Departing from Leros island in the Aegean and cruising the Eastern Mediterranean, Coast of Turkey, Greek Aegean Islands and Eastern Greece. Endless Summer is a sturdy and comfortable 38 foot sailing catamaran that I have skippered across the Atlantic twice

I am looking for crew who can do a week to a month cruising in the Eastern Med. They should be English speakers. The more flexible they can be the better and I would hope that they would be enthused to come again in future years. I would expect them to have at least basic sailing skills, not likely to be put off by sea sickness; but the rest I can teach. Mechanical aptitude and experience would be a bonus. There are 3 double berths and 2 heads with
showers on board and I anticipate sailing with a crew of 3-4.
For those not familiar with catamarans, accommodation is of a high standard. I will pay for all boat costs; but would expect crew to pay for a share of food on board and all their off boat costs.
