RYA Cruising Instructors (Freelance)

This is a rapidly growing, family-run business that specialises in high-quality sailing charters. Based in Plymouth (UK), we are a recognised RYA training centre offering Competent Crew, Day Skipper (practical) and non-RYA sailing experiences (single or multiple days). We are looking for qualified RYA Cruising Instructors.
You will need to be a friendly and approachable RYA qualified instructor who works to high professional standards.
In return, we can offer you work aboard our 2015 Jeanneau 409 with 4:1 student:instructor ratio. We would like you to join us from April 2022. Rates of pay are £120 per day (£130 per day if you are required to stay aboard overnight). You are welcome to accept or decline offers of work as you choose to fit in with your own lifestyle/priorities.
This is a seasonal, freelance opportunity. Although we are busy during the summer months, we cannot guarantee full-time work throughout the season. Ideally, you will live within easy travelling distance of PL1.
