Description
We are looking for Skippers to join our Flotilla Teams for the Summer season 2022. You will be based in one of our bases in Greece or Croatia. We are looking for social and proactive individuals with a minimum of Yachtmaster Coastal Commercially Endorsed (or equivalent qualification). If you will be completing this qualification before the season please let us know and we will still be able to consider you for this position. You will be responsible for the lead boat and support up to 14 guest boats. Each guest boat will have a guest with a minimum of Day Skipper or their ICC as our guests are passionate about sailing! This salary package will include a competitive salary, accommodation and travel to and from the base.
