Looking for Chief Instructors for the Med!

We have a fantastic opportunity to work in the Mediterranean as a Chief Instructor!

Our Chief Instructors are based in Greece and Croatia. The sailing school team usually consists of a Chief Instructor and a team of Cruising Instructors. 

You will be responsible for managing all operational aspects of the sailing school, including delivery of the RYA syllabus, day to day management of the team, driving revenue and ensuring yachts are set up to Sunsail and RYA standards

We are looking for highly motivated individuals that have experience manging a team. Customer service is at the heart of everything we do so being highly customer orientated is a must, with great interpersonal skills.

This salary package will include a competitive salary, accommodation, travel to and from the base and provisions while on charter.
