Starting at £23k pa pro rata for the right candidate we require a mate for our 20m sailing boat.

Sailing around the UK and taking part in the Tall Ships Race in 2023 a busy and exciting season awaits.

This job isn't just about the sailing. We are a charity that has been operating for 40 years and give disadvantaged young people opportunities at sea and so is highly rewarding.

We have a fleet of three vessels and the successful candidate will have opportunity to gain experience on all of them.

Yachtmaster (any level) with commercial endorsement required.
