RYA Cruising or Yachtmaster Instructors

As a Skipper you would be working with our professional team to provide RYA courses, skippered charter holidays, and occasionally informal tuition. The mix of jobs creates a balanced role and keeps you fresh throughout the season. Our rates are competitive, and the role comes with accommodation near our base.

If you are an RYA Cruising Instructor or RYA Yachtmaster Instructor with:

The rights to work in Europe (Greek residency or a European passport)

Valid commercial endorsement and up to date on your revalidations

The ability to work as a team player on base and the ability to work alone on courses and charters making safety conscious decisions.

If you are not yet an instructor but are an experienced RYA Yachtmaster Offshore looking to progress, we may have opportunities.
