Volunteer Liveaboard Crew - Tasmania

Following is some information about the requirements for volunteers:
The voluntary crew position is a live-aboard, full-time commitment to the ship, and the Windeward Bound Trust.
Prior maritime knowledge is not essential however we seek volunteers who are keen to learn are self-motivated and supportive of the Trust’s mission.
As a volunteer aboard, you will be engaged in multiple maritime activities, including ship maintenance, youth development as well as crewing for fundraising day sails and voyages.
It is expected that all voluntary liveaboard crew members are participate fully in activities assigned to them whilst on board.
The ship provides full bed and board and expects a minimum full-time commitment of 3 months with an option to extend.
Volunteers will gain in depth knowledge and experience within the maritime environment. You will accrue sea time, receive training appropriate to your crew position.
