We are looking for a 1st mate to work across our fleet of three traditional vessels.

As a sail training organisation we provide opportunities to disadvantaged young people to develop life skills through the challenge and adventure of life at sea.

We are looking for a yachtmaster (any level) who has a commercial endorsement (or can readily attain one).

This is a paid position.

The successful candidate will hold, or be subject to, an enhanced DBS check.
