Hello,
We are looking for a Deckhand/Mate for the traditional sailing vessel "Flying Dutchman" available to start soon.
About the Flying Dutchman:
With the Flying Dutchman, Built in 1903 as a Herring Logger, we make trips with passengers on the west coast of Scotland. Our homebase in Scotland is Oban. We do Sailing-, Walking-, Whisky-, Cycling- and many more different trips around Scotland.
About the position:
We are looking for someone who fits in our small team (Captain, Mate, Cook) with preferrably a Dischargebook and STCW Basic Safety. The job includes setting the sails with the passengers, assisting the captain, some helping in the galley and various other jobs to keep the ship running. There will be enough free time to discover Scotland yourself!
