Seeking Crew for Summer Sailing (possibly beyond

We are seeking a crew member to assist my wife and me on our beautiful sailboat. Duties will include:
*Sailing as the first mate as we cruise New England.
*Basic maintenance, ie. cleaning, polishing stainless, etc.
*Grocery shopping and light meal preparation.
*Assist me with more complex repairs and projects when necessary.
I have been an owner/operator for 40+ years, but as we get older we need some assistance. We are looking for someone who is bright and affable and would like to build their sailing and boating skills, perhaps with the goal of becoming a captain one day.
Elena is a 1986 Baltic 43, that was completely restored and updated in 2017 with all new equipment. She now has electric winches, boom furling mainsail, carbon bowsprit, B&G electronics, a new engine and generator, and much more.
We are based at the beautiful island of Jamestown, RI,a 10-minute drive from Newport. We plan to cruise the area from eastern Long Island to Cape Cod, and possibly to Boston.
