Need crew St. Martin to NYC or Lake Superior

Family of three, including a seven-year-old boy, looking for crew member to help us bring our 42’ steel sailboat from St Martin to New York City second week of May 2024. Final destination Silver Bay, MN on Lake Superior.
We are in need of at least one additional crew member with passage making experience who likes children and is willing to share crew and childcare responsibilities so that we parents can be both mom and dad and crew members.
We are ASA certified through 104 and have taken more than a dozen other private sailing lessons. By the time we depart for the states, we will have sailed the Caribbean on our own for several months.
We are compassionate, respectful, responsible and kind people who are more interested in learning than showing off what we know.
We have food allergies and dietary restrictions, so are quite adept at accommodating any dietary needs.
