Mexico to French Polynesia

We just refitted our sailboat to cross the Pacific Ocean and are currently cruising around Mexico with a planned departure from Puerto Vallarta in March or April to the Marquesas. We are looking for a third crew member to join us (we are a couple in our early 30’s) and help with watches and cooking meals. We are ideally looking for someone with a fair amount of sailing experience, knowledgeable on sail trim, weather, navigation, and ocean experience is ideal, but are open to the right fit. Your expenses will include travel to and from the boat and shared food costs.
The boat is a Passport 37, built for blue water and equipped with an EPIRB, AIS, starlink, liferaft, auto-pilot, watermaker, chartplotter, and radar.
