Looking for possible sailors ahead of time

hello I am looking for one shipmate to help crew the boat - the type of help would be very minimal and would mostly consist of tying off to docks or positioning fenders to help smooth a docking I would be going in a circle around the Caribbean i am not bothered what country to specifically go to except Colombia as I will be staying in that area for six months each year, so if it's hard to get a visa somewhere no worries we don't need to go there I will cover the payment for customs papers of the boat and if needed docking fees but I prefer to anchor but if you decide to take a crew position you must be between the ages of 18 to 40 and be physically agile. you must also pay to refill half the price of the nonpotable water storage and half the price of the potable. the nonpotable tank i refill with rain water but its only 15 gallons if you don't mind fish it is free if you have any specific dietary needs you must cover the costs.
