Description

This is a great opportunity to taste cruising in the Caribbean on a week long charter. We will pick up our boat “Silly Shark” a Beneteau Oceanis 43, 4 cabin version in St George’s,on Saturday evening 11 January. Spending the week cruising one of the best parts of the Lesser Antilles. The Grenadines is an archipelago of smaller islands in the south of the Caribbean. Last time I took a group here we had a fantastic week. Most of the Caribbean involves anchoring more than marinas so lot of getting in and out of dinghies so good level of fitness is required. Some of the possible anchorage we might visit might include: Carriacou, Petit St Vincent, Union Island, Tobago Cays, Salt Whistle bay, Canouan, Mustique, Bequia etc. Robert is a professional skipper who has sailed this area before is always on hand to recommend the best anchorages restaurants and help with all sailing and mooring. This is a cost effective way of experiencing the Caribbean by sail without the need to take your own boat.
