Baja Bash - Paid Position

Looking for experienced first mate/navigator to accompany me on the Baja Bash from Cabo to San Diego. Knowledge and experience in regional waters required, previous Bash skipper experience a big plus. My boat is in excellent condition and will be well-prepared for this uphill passage. The plan is to use favorable weather windows to make miles up the coast while the going is good and wait out unfavorable conditions in anchorages along the way. This is a delivery trip not a pleasure cruise, likely 100% motoring. but we'll make the most of it. Compensation commensurate with qualifications and experience. Sailing CV and references required.
