Antigua Sailing Week

Panacea X is a highly competitive Salona 45, running a pay-to-play race team with a professional skipper and first mate who provide top quality coaching to all crew. So far in the 2024 Caribbean season, we’ve been on the podium in every regatta , including winning our class at the St.Maarten Heineken Regatta for the second year in a row!

Antigua Sailing Week is a bucket list event for most racers, and one that we’ve had good results at in the past. This year we’re in it to win it, and recruiting a crew who want to push hard, build their sailing skills, and experience everything that one of the best regattas in the world has to offer!

For our crew, prior sailing experience is required and racing experience is preferred. Reasonable level of physical strength and fitness is also required. We strongly recommend preparing for the racing by hitting the weights and/or resistance training for good core and upper body strength, as well as working on endurance through cardio training.
