Description

*pacific crossing start 3 may*

Hi everyone,

I am Ariel, the captain of the boat, and I have been sailing for 15 years, crossing the Atlantic ocean 8 times and sailing around South America, Caribbeans, and Europe.

We will start on the 3rd of May in Colón crossing the Panama Canal. Then we will stay 2-3 days in Panama City to get ready for crossing the pacific towards Marquesas (about 3800nm, 3 weeks). After we will go to French Polynesia (800nm, 5 days). Then we will sail around French Polynesia in June, further sailing to Cook Islands, Tonga, Fiji and New Caledonia.
Finally we will reach Sydney, Australia probably in the beginning of August.

We ask for a contribution of 25€/day, excluding expanses like food and fuel, which will be split amongst the crew.

The boat is a 25m aluminium racing sailboat from the outside and a cruising boat from the inside. There is space for a total of 12 people with 6 cabins, 3 bathrooms and a big kitchen & saloon.
