Chef

We are looking for a sole chef (open to a couple with captain) on a 49ft luxury sailing charter catamaran operating in the U.S. & British Virgin Islands. We are looking for a candidate who has a passion for cooking with a great culinary portfolio. You need to be able to prepare 3 high quality meals a day for up to 10 people. The boat can charter up to 8 guests.
You need to be a team player and assist in light bartending duties as well as maintaining a clean environment in crew and guest areas.
The boat offers a seasonal contract from November 2024 -July/ August 2025 with a salary of 4500 USD per month, 4-5 days friends and family time on the boat and 2 weeks paid leave. The boat charters heavily and tips are shared between the captain and chef.
You would be working and sharing a cabin with a female/male captain.
