L'Escala to Canary Islands and return

Hi sailors, Akiara is planning a crossing between the beginning of May and the end of June. Round trip of about 3000 Nm. L'Escala (north of Catalonia), Ibiza, Almeria, Gibraltar, Lanzarote, Tenerife and return depending on weather through Madeira to Gibraltar.
A summary of the crossing. On the way to the Canary Islands, we will stop in Ibiza for 3 or 4 days, on the coast of Almeria, Cabo de Gata 1 or 2 days and in Gibraltar or La Linea 1 or 2 days. We will sail around the Canary Islands for about 20 days before returning more directly to L'Escala. More or less one month and a half. For the moment, it is open to modifications.
We are looking for 2 crewmembers with experience in sailing, night watches and deck assistance. Places available in forward cabin and two single berths in saloon. Preferably with basic knowledge of Spanish.
