Port Isabel, Texas to Isla Mujares and Beyond

I am leaving Port Isabel, Texas for Isla Mujeres, Mexico on or about June 2nd on my well-equipped 40 ft Morgan cruising ketch with ample water storage, solar power, large refrigerator and other amenities. The vessel is not equipped with an autopilot, so potential crew should be willing to stand a four to six-hour watch once per day while I sleep. I will cover food and basic expenses and potential crew are responsible for covering the cost of their travel to and from the boat, as well as their passport and any immigration fees. I am a licensed Merchant Mariner 50-Ton Near-Coastal Captain with a reasonable amount of experience for this passage, but I have never made the passage before and sailing is different every time.
