Chef/Stew

Summer opportunity cruising Croatia, Greece and the Med starting mid June/early July on a gorgeous 34 meter Sailing yacht with a large and well appointed galley. You will join three crew and an American couple through September. Looking for a well rounded chef familiar with a wide variety of cuisines, no schooling required but a sample menu and references will be necessary. No guests are expected. Other duties: help on deck when needed, share duties with laundry and interior cleaning. Familiarity with line handling a plus. One owner has food sensitivities; no wheat, eggs or dairy. Languages: English, Italian, Serbian, French. We are a harmonious group with no drama. Non smoker preferred.
