This weeks cruising starts in Dunmore East Co. Waterford with a 24hour 135 Nm sail due south to the Isle of Scilly, throughout the week we’ll explore the archipelago by sea and by land, eating onboard and in local restaurants & cafes. Lots of dinghy work and wet feet guaranteed as there are no marinas in Scilly. This is a great way to see these beautiful islands. At the end of the week you will alight in St Mary’s where you can stay ashore a few extra days or get a flight or ferry to Cornwall. It’s hoped that the crew can contribute to the cost of the cruise and upkeep of the yacht.
