From Saint Martin to Quebec

I'm planning a lovely trip departing from Saint Martin starting on June 21th, departure date obviously depending on the weather.
- BVIs
- Bermuda
- Iles de la Madeleine
- Quebec

The boat: Gaston is a well-maintained Nautitech Open 40, fully equipped for long-distance sailing.
The skipper: over 80,000 nautical miles logged, including 9 transatlantic crossings (3 solo). 50,000 NM aboard Gaston — I know the boat inside out.
Budget: All sailing-related expenses are shared (food, marinas, clearances, diesel, gas, restaurants, car rentals for visits). Boat maintenance costs are my responsibility.
How many crew members? I have two cabins available, so 1 to 3 crew members are welcome!
How long will be the journey ? About 3 weeks to les Iles de la Madeleine. Then ??
