Experienced Offshore Skipper Wanted — Able Apoge

Seeking a highly qualified professional skipper to manage and operate my sailing program over the coming years. The boat is an Able Apogee 50, a strong, seaworthy bluewater cruiser based at Jamestown, RI, professionally maintained and fully equipped for offshore passagemaking. Class winner, Marion–Bermuda 2023.
Plan: Sail Jamestown to the Caribbean in autumn 2026, then either cross to Europe or begin a slow circumnavigation. I'm seeking a long-term relationship with a skipper (or small team) to handle passages plus maintenance and boat management worldwide.
Immediate need: Prepare the boat for the Caribbean passage, starting mid-to-late August 2026, ready to depart by end of September.
Qualifications: Extensive offshore experience; strong systems/maintenance knowledge; skilled navigation (Expedition/Adrena); fluent English; excellent health; ideally 30s–mid-40s. Couples welcome, no gender preference.
