Paid Own-Boat Tuition, 44ft Ketch in Malaysia

First-time owners taking delivery of Windarra, a 44ft ketch currently in Pangkor, Malaysia. We are looking for a qualified skipper/instructor for own-boat tuition from around July 2026. The goal is to build genuine competence on our own vessel, not just gain miles. Training should cover boat handling, docking, anchoring, sail handling, safety, navigation, coastal passage planning and day-to-day liveaboard seamanship. We are a couple and want both of us trained as capable crew. Paid position. Ideally RYA Yachtmaster Offshore, RYA instructor, IYT instructor or equivalent, with patient teaching style and experience on cruising yachts/ketches.
