UK East Coast Rivers

I am looking for someone to share sailing opportunities on my 28ft sailing boat based at Shotley Marina on the River Orwell and exploring the coast and local Rivers including the Ore, Deben, Crouch etc.
I am retired and have sailed here for the last 20years and have plenty of time for trips of up to a week or daysailing if appropriate and am looking for crew with some experience. Ideally this would be someone retired who could be available regularly if it were to suit both of us.
The boat is a Dutch built Compromis 888 with full standing headroom , 2 sleeping cabins and is well equipped and maintained. If someone was available in the Peak District area joint transport would be a possibility .Would want to share food expenses .A musician would be welcome , we could annoy the neighbours!
Looking for someone available early July onwards and any time this season after that.
