Trip from Leros to Athens in 1 week

I am looking for 1 or 2 crew to join me on a trip from Leros to Athens with some stops on the way in Ios and Milos and at least one other. The crossing from Leros to Ios will probably be overnight. After that it will be day hops. Depending on weather, I hope to leave on Sunday 2 August and be in Athens in a week - 10 days later.
Previous experience in night watches preferred.
All boat-related expenses covered by owner. A contribution towards food required.
